20F.50.20-010 Purpose.

The office of the Building Official is established to administer and enforce the building and construction codes. The rules, regulations and procedures under which the Building Official shall operate are established in RCDG Title 20E, Building and Construction Codes. The Building Official shall be the Director of Planning or his/her designee. (Ord. 2118)
