20F.10.40 Moratoriums.

Nothing shall prevent the City Council from establishing or extending development moratoriums or interim land use regulations in accordance with the procedures set forth in RCW 36.70A.390 and 35A.63.220, as those sections exist or may be hereafter amended or superseded. (Ord. 2118)
