20D.150.30-010 Railroads in Shoreline Areas.
The construction of railroad facilities in shoreline areas is permitted only upon the issuance of a general development permit; RCDG Title 20F. The repair and reconstitution of existing facilities is exempt from this requirement. (Formerly 20C.20.170(05))
