By July 1, 2010, each state agency shall develop and
implement:
(1) A paper conservation program. Each state agency shall
endeavor to conserve paper by at least thirty percent of their
current paper use.
(2) A paper recycling program to encourage recycling of all
paper products with the goal of recycling one hundred percent of
all copy and printing paper in all buildings with twenty-five
employees or more.
(3) For the purposes of this section, "state agencies" include,
but are not limited to, colleges, universities, offices of
elected and appointed officers, the supreme court, court of
appeals, and administrative departments of state government.
