Liquor cannot be opened or consumed on store premises. (Effective until December 1, 2012.)

No employee in a state liquor store shall open or consume, or allow to be opened or consumed any liquor on the store premises, except for the purposes of conducting on-premise spirits sampling pursuant to the provisions of chapter 186, Laws of 2011.
