(1) Long-term care insurance applicants may
return a policy or certificate for any reason within thirty days
after its delivery and to have the premium refunded.
(2) All long-term care insurance policies and certificates
shall have a notice prominently printed on or attached to the
first page of the policy stating that the applicant may return
the policy or certificate within thirty days after its delivery
and to have the premium refunded.
(3) Refunds or denials of applications must be made within
thirty days of the return or denial.
(4) This section shall not apply to certificates issued
pursuant to a policy issued to a group defined in RCW 48.83.020(6)(a).
