(1) Every person being examined, its officers,
employees, and representatives shall produce and make freely
accessible to the commissioner the accounts, records, documents,
and files in his or her possession or control relating to the
subject of the examination, and shall otherwise facilitate the
examination.
(2) If the commissioner finds the accounts to be inadequate,
or improperly kept or posted, he or she may employ experts to
rewrite, post or balance them at the expense of the person being
examined.
