(Effective until July 1, 2011.)
(1) The "Ski & Ride Washington"
account is created in the custody of the state treasurer. Upon
the department's determination that the state had been reimbursed
for the cost of implementing the "Ski Washington" special license

snowboarding) and related programs such as ski and ride safety
programs, underprivileged youth "ski and ride" programs, and
active, healthy lifestyle programs.
(b) The qualified nonprofit organization must meet all
requirements set out in RCW 46.16.765.
