Contracts for services -- Partial funding by administering organization, what constitutes. (Effective until June 30, 2012.)

Twenty-five percent of the funding for programs under this chapter shall be provided by the organization administering the program. Contributions of materials, supplies, or physical facilities may be considered as all or part of the funding provided by the organization.
