Every cedar or specialty wood buyer or processor shall prominently display a valid registration certificate, or copy thereof, obtained from the department of revenue under RCW 82.32.030 at each location where the buyer or processor receives cedar products, cedar salvage, or specialty wood.

     Permittees shall sell cedar products, cedar salvage, or specialty wood products only to cedar or specialty wood processors displaying registration certificates which appear to be valid.
