The cemetery authority of an endowment care cemetery may
accept any property bequeathed, granted, or given to it in trust
and may apply the income from such property to any or all of the
following purposes:
(1) Improvement or embellishment of all or any part of the
cemetery;
(2) Erection, renewal, repair, or preservation of any
monument, fence, building, or other structure in the cemetery;
(3) Planting or cultivation of trees, shrubs, or plants in
or around any part of the cemetery;
(4) Special care or ornamenting of any part of any interment
right, section, or building in the cemetery; and
(5) Any purpose or use consistent with the purpose for which
the cemetery was established or is maintained.
