The certificate of
registration shall contain the name of the owner, a description of
the land and of the estate of the owner, and shall by memorial or
notation contain a description of all incumbrances, liens and
interests to which the estate of the owner is subject; it shall
state the residence of the owner and, if a minor, give his age; if
under disability, it shall state the nature of the disability; it
shall state whether married or not, and, if married, the name of
the husband or wife; in case of a trust, condition or limitation,
it shall state the trust, condition or limitation, as the case may
be; and shall contain and conform in respect to all statements to
the certified copy of the decree of registration filed with the
registrar of titles as hereinbefore provided; and shall be in form
