Notice of suspension, revocation, or refusal to be given contractor -- Authority of agents. (Effective until July 1, 2009.)

Upon the suspension, revocation or refusal of a health care service contractor's registration, the commissioner shall give notice thereof to such contractor and shall likewise suspend, revoke or refuse the authority of its agents to represent it in this state and give notice thereof to the agents.

Upon the suspension, revocation or refusal of a health care service contractor's registration, the commissioner shall give notice thereof to such contractor and shall likewise suspend, revoke, or refuse the authority of its appointed insurance producers to represent it in this state and give notice thereof to the appointed insurance producers.
