One filing of personal data sufficient.
(Effective until July 1, 2009.)
(1) The filing of personal data
by an individual in connection with one application for an
agent's license shall be sufficient, regardless of the number of
insurers to be represented by the agent or the number of
subsequent applications by the same applicant.
(2) The commissioner may, for his information from time to
time require any licensed agent, or solicitor, or broker, or
adjuster, to supply him with the information called for in an
application for license.
