9.10.010 Prohibited.

It is unlawful within the City limits for any person to allow any premises or any facilities to be used for, to participate in, or to conduct as a commercial stimulant or otherwise any social card game as defined in RCW 9.46.0282. This prohibition shall apply to all categories of zoning within the City limits. (Ord. O-99-86 § 1).

9.10.020 Violation – Penalty.

Violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor. Without limitation, the City Attorney shall have the discretion to abate as a nuisance any social card room operating in violation of this chapter. (Ord. O-99-86 § 2).
