LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS

Sec. 12.1. Local Improvements — Powers in Respect to.

The city shall have power to create local improvement districts and provide for making local improvements, and to levy and collect special assessments on property specially benefited thereby for paying the cost and expense of same or any portion thereof, as provided in the laws of the State of Washington and in the method and manner therein set forth.
