21.45.010 Interior lot.

Interior lot means a lot fronting on only one street. (See also, Lot.)

21.45.020 Irregular lot.

Irregular lot means one which is shaped so that application of setback requirements is difficult. Examples include a lot with a shape which is not close to rectangular, or a lot with no readily identifiable rear lot line, or a flag lot. (See also, Lot.)
