Zero lot line development(s) is a term that describes the location of a building on a lot in such a manner that one or more of the building's sides rest directly on a lot line. It does not describe or imply attached units. This kind of development may sometimes be described as “z” lots or zipper lots. [Ord. 3387 § 2, 2001].
