ONE-WAY STREET TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES

8.24.010 One-way streets designated.

Those streets and parts of streets described in ECC 8.64.010 are hereby declared to be one-way streets for the purpose of this section.

8.24.020 Traffic control devices.

A. The city shall erect, or cause to be erected and maintained, official traffic control devices on all city-designated one-way streets.

B. The operator of any vehicle located upon such one-way streets shall proceed in one direction at all or such times as shall be indicated by official traffic control devices. [Ord. 2835 § 2, 1991].

8.24.030 Penalty.

Unless otherwise provided by state statute, adopted by reference, court rule or by this municipal code, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a traffic infraction and shall be sentenced to a fine not to exceed $1,000 for each offense. [Ord. 2853 § 49, 1991].
