FIRE DONATION FUND

The administrative services director is hereby authorized to create, name and number a new fund for the purpose of receiving donations for or in aid of the cost of operating, maintaining and improving the provision of emergency services related to the suppression of fires and the provision of emergency medical aid and assistance. This fund shall be maintained in such a way that the intent of the donors is honored and to the end that such deduction shall be fully tax deductible in accordance with the laws of the United States and the regulations of the Internal Revenue Service.
