The city adopts by reference the following rules for categorical exemptions, as supplemented in this title, including WAC 173-806-070 (Flexible thresholds), WAC 173-806-800 (Use of exemptions), and WAC 173-806-190 (Critical areas):

    WAC 197-11-800 Categorical exemptions.

    -880 Emergencies.

    -890 Petitioning DOE to change exemptions.
