13.127.035 Charges for additional street lighting facilities and poles.

The city of Battle Ground shall charge to each developer or owner of a subdivision or property which is improved and which results in additional street lighting facility and pole(s) such sum as is charged to the city by Clark Public Utilities for the installation of such facility or pole(s) and such sum shall be paid prior to final plat approval or issuance of a final occupancy permit for developments not involving land division.
