9.62.020 Early closure of liquor serving establishment during Harvest Days.

It is unlawful for any business or establishment to sell, deliver, offer for sale, serve or allow to be consumed upon the licensed premises any liquor between the hours of twelve midnight and six a.m. on the Friday and Saturday nights during the weekend that the city of Battle Ground holds its annual Harvest Days celebration. Violation of the above provision is a Class B misdemeanor. (Ord. 453 § 31, 1982)
