ENDANGERMENT

9.04.010 Reckless endangerment in the second degree.

A.    A person is guilty of reckless endangerment in the second degree when he or she recklessly engages in conduct not amounting to reckless endangerment in the first degree as described in RCW 9A.36.045 but which creates a substantial risk of death or serious physical injury to another person.

B.    Reckless endangerment in the second degree is a gross misdemeanor. (Ord. 97-844 § 9, 1997: Ord. 453 § 6, 1982)
