A.    Wilful violation of a court order issued under RCW 10.99.040(2) or (3) is a gross misdemeanor except as provided in RCW 10.99.040(4)(b) and (c).

B.    Wilful violation of a court order issued under RCW Chapter 10.99.050(1) is a gross misdemeanor except under the circumstances outlined in RCW 10.99.050(2). (Ord. 97-844 § 4, 1997)
