8.04.010 Prohibited within city limits when.

The dumping of any dirt, refuse, debris, or any other material on public property, or on private property without the property owner’s permission, or in any stream or creek within the city of Battle Ground is prohibited unless consent for any dumping or filling shall have first been obtained from the city of Battle Ground. 8.04.020 Violation—Penalty.
