MRSC will make every effort to respond to you in a timely manner. We do receive a high volume of requests. You can help us satisfy your needs by planning ahead, giving staff sufficient time to prepare a quality response. In your request, please let us know what your timing needs are.

*MRSC is a private non-profit research and information service for Washington State local government officials and employees. We are only able to provide services to Washington cities, towns and counties. If you are not a local government employee/official, we suggest you contact your local public library or law library for information or research direction.
