Notice of Existence of Small Works Roster
The City of Monroe has established a small works roster for public works projects of less than $30,000. This roster may be used to award contracts for work in one of the following categories:
BUILDING:
Structural Design, Maintenance, HVAC Repair/Installation, Electrical, Construction Remodel, Painting Interior, Painting Exterior, Roofing, Plumbing, Fabrication "Metal"
LANDSCAPING
Landscaping, Rockeries, Fencing, Trail Installation, Hauling, Tree Service, Debris Disposal, Irrigation, Field/Turf Renovation, Playground Installation
INFRASTRUCTURE
Street Lighting:
Electrical:
Storm Drainage:
Main Installation, Service Installation, Cleaning, Inspection
Water:
Main Installation, Service Installation, Leak Detection
Sanitary Sewer:
Main Installation, Side Sewer Installation, TV Inspection, Cleaning
Street Construction:
Asphalt Paving:
Curb, Gutter and Sidewalks:
Street Striping:
Earthwork:

The City of Monroe assumes no obligation of any kind for expenses incurred by any respondents to this solicitation.
