The undersigned recipient of a digital product ("Product") hereby acknowledges that the Product was originally prepared for use by Klickitat County ("County") for internal purposes only, and was not designed or intended for general use by members of the public. The County makes no representation or warranty as to the Product's accuracy or location of any map features thereon.

THE COUNTY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY FOR FITNESS OF USE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT.

Any user of this Product accepts the same AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS OR ERRORS, and assumes all responsibility for the use thereof, and further covenants and agrees to hold the County, its officials, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers harmless from and against any and all damage, loss, or liability arising from or resulting from any use of the Product. Independent verification of all data contained in the Product should be obtained by any user of the Product.

The undersigned further acknowledges and represents that the Product will not be used for "commercial" purposes as prohibited by RCW 42.17.260(7). A "commercial" purpose shall mean selling, renting, or leasing the Product or using the Product for any other business activity for the purpose of making a profit.
