Need an Answer? Ask MRSC

MRSC is a private non-profit research and information service for Washington State city/town and county government officials and employees. We are only able to provide services to Washington cities, towns and counties. If you are not a local government employee/official, we suggest you contact your local public library or law library for information or research direction.

In addition, Washington city, town or county officials/employees* may use the following methods to contact Municipal Research and Services Center:

  • Research Request Form - Washington cities, towns and counties may use this form to send no-fee inquiry requests to MRSC staff.
  • MRSC Library - Washington cities, towns and counties may send a message to the MRSC library to request assistance in locating information on this website or sample documents in the library collection.
  • Library Loan Request Form - Washington cities, towns and counties may use this form to submit library loan requests to MRSC library staff.
    • Renewals - Washington cities, towns and counties may send a message to MRSC library staff to request a due date extension on loaned materials.
