Performance Management - Measurement/Auditing - This class has been cancelled

This full day course will start with a brief primer on the terminology and basic concepts of measuring governmental performance. From there, the course will discuss the role of performance management as an evolving local government practice and provide examples of how performance management can be integrated into business processes. The goal will be to provide participants with practical ways to include performance measures and management techniques in their workplaces. The recommended audiences are management or senior employees in a position to lead change in their organizations.
