Managing Employee PerformancePresenter(s): Connie Poulsen The process of managing employee performance is a vital part of a supervisor or manager’s job. When employees do not meet our expectations, most organizations have a process to either improve their performance or provide a path to termination. This workshop shows mangers the crucial steps necessary to deal with poor performing employees.
TOPICS INCLUDE:
- The performance process
- Identification of problem employees
- The value of documentation
- How to deal with problem employees
- How to give feedback
At the end of the session the participants will be able to:
- Understand the steps of a performance process
- Identify problem employees
- Use techniques to handle various employee situations
- Recognize the need to documentation
- Evaluate and implement the process of improving employee performance
Participants include any manager or supervisor who is responsible for employee performance. CPE - 8 hours Registration fee is $100 (includes lunch) Registration opens at 7:45 AM. Class begins at 8:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM.
