Officials and employees of the following Washington local government entities may submit an online research request free of charge for advice and information on local government issues:

  • Cities
  • Towns
  • Counties
  • Public Hospital Districts
  • Members of the Washington Association of Sewer & Water Districts (WASWD)
  • Members of Enduris

MRSC staff has extensive experience and expertise in municipal law, budget and finance, public administration, planning and growth management, public works and utilities, and other local government issues. Online research requests may be submitted anytime.
