- Austin, Texas Telecommunications Ordinance - passed 2/13/97.
- Bainbridge Island, WA Title 19 Communications Systems and Right-of-Way Use - Providing comprehensive regulations covering all companies that install telecommunications infrastructure in the city. Passed 10/02.
- Bellingham, WA Ordinance No. 1998-09-074 - An ordinance relating to franchises and use of city right of way, regulating telecommunications and cable television facilities, establishing land use requirements for telecommunications and cable facilities. Passed 9/98. Posted here 1/99. (Bellingham also passed Ord. No. 1998-09-075 at the same time. That ordinance deals specifically with CATV regulation. MRSC does not have an electronic copy of that ordinance.)
- Gig Harbor, WA Ordinance No. 772 - Relating to Telecommunications and Cable Television, Establishing Requirements for Use of the Rights-of-Way, Establishing Application Procedures for Permits and Franchises, Describing Violations and Establishing Penalties. Effective 11/97. Posted here 4/98

- Pierce County Ordinance No. 2002-59 (

and establishing fees for such facilities. Passed by the Port Angeles City
Council 6/18/01. Please note that this ordinance was drafted after the

- Tumwater, WA Title 11 Telecommunications and Telecommunications Facilities - Providing for regulations regarding franchising, use and construction in the rights-of-way, open video systems, etc. Passed 7/98.
