Disregard the previous NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION dated June 26, 1996.
The City of Issaquah is hereby issuing a Notice of Substantial Completion effective at the end of the day on May 17, 1996. There were no working days remaining. The City is giving you until July 19, 1996 to finish the punch list items. After that time you will be assessed liquidated damages based on our actual cost per DOT Specifications.
