Dear Dana:
The City of Issaquah is hereby issuing a Notice of Physical Completion effective November 15, 1996. The City is granting an extension in working days to a total of 301. We realize you had no control of US West, and S&D's progress, and we have no way of penalizing them for lack of action. When the final works voucher is signed the project will be forwarded to the Council for acceptance. When all the paper work is in and approved, the project will be considered complete and will then initiate the release of retainage. The final paper work for the rebar (materials certification of origin) your DBE (statement of amounts paid must match the amount on the condition of award) must be forwarded at your earliest convenience.
