    GENERAL - Bridgeport Ordinance No. 90-383 adopts a new title 18, "Methods to Mitigate Development Impacts" and a new chapter 18.04 entitled, "Methods to Mitigate Development Impacts;" provides alternatives for prospective developers to mitigate the direct impacts that have been specifically identified by the city as a consequence of proposed development which includes, but is not limited to, subdivision approval, short subdivision approval, residential planned unit development approval, and the issuance of any building permit; and provides for voluntary payment agreements in lieu of dedication and improvements.     TRANSPORTATION - King County Ordinance No. 9747 provides a method for collecting fees from developers to help fund transportation improvements made necessary by development, pursuant to the Growth Management Act of 1990, passed 12-90. AUTHORITY: Ch. 82.02 RCW (T 2.2000)

    SCHOOLS - King County Ordinance No. 9785 provides adequacy standards and an impact fee enabling program for public school facilities, passed 1-91; amended by King County Ordinance No. 10162, passed 11-91. (PL 7.4300)

    SCHOOLS- King County Ordinance No. 14525 adopts the capital facilities plans of the Tahoma, Federal Way, Riverview, Issaquah, Snoqualmie Valley, Lake Washington, Kent, Northshore, Enumclaw, Fife and Auburn school districts as subelements of the capital facilities element of the King County Comprehensive Plan for purposes of implementing the school impact fee program.     SCHOOLS - Kitsap County Ordinance No. 144-1992 enables the collection of impact fees on residential development for common school facilities, provides for administrative procedures including refund mechanisms and appeals, creates a school impact fee account, and adopts a formula for calculation of fees as authorized by the Growth Management Act of 1990, passed 3-92.
