Citizen Help Desk
A low-cost system for tracking service requests
MRSC's updated Citizen Help Desk has a full-featured demo for cities and counties to preview. The application can be used by cities, towns and counties to enhance customer service via the Internet. The first piece of the application allows a citizen or business owner to enter and track an incident. The incident could be a trash complaint, street repair, or any other type of incident that the city would like to have available on the web site. The application will be made available to any city or county that would like to use it and/or improve upon it. MRSC can also host the application for cities or towns that do not have ability to customize or host a database application.
